4 piece rock/variety group - 3 vocals, 3 instruments looking at options

We are a 4 piece rock/variety group in Central Wisconsin. 3 vocals and 3 instrument inputs. We’ve been looking at the Bose systems for some time to make life more convenient and improve our performances.

I sent in a sketcher diagram and got a response from a Bose contact, but would also like to hear from other musicians.

My immediate questions based on what I’ve seen from watching other band vids etc.

1-if the Bose towers are behind the voc mics how do you control feedback. Our vocalist uses a wireless mic and moves a lot so would it be something he’d have to adjust to as far as position?

2-am I understanding correctly that we would run our 6 inputs to our Mackie board and than into the Bose system, L1 or whatever?

I’m really new to this stuff so there’s more questions I’m sure but those are the first two that come to mind.

The guitarist and I both currently use direct out for bass/guitar from Line 6 amps straight to the mixer, and the 3rd instrument input is a kick drum mic. We play typical bar/small club situations and the occasional outdoor gig.

Thanx all
