Hi WirelessDJ,
Bose makes the PackLite® Power Amplifier Model A1 specifically to be used with B1 and B2 bass modules.
This is equipped with a proper Speakon connector to match the B1 and B2 bass modules. It also has a balanced input and comes with the appropriate cable for use with the L1® Model II Bass Line Out. I strongly recommend reading Kyle's introduction to the PackLite® to fully understand what it does.
If you want to use a different amplifier then it should have specifications similar to the PackLite®. You can find those specifications at the end of the PackLite® Owners Guide.

It's hard to know how well the device in the link would work. You would want to compare the specifications to those of the PackLite®.
A tiny point, but it matters to me. The PackLite is only 3 pounds. The amp in your link is bigger and heavier.

The B1 and B2 were designed to work with the L1® family of products (L1® Classic, L1® Model I, L1® Model II) and the PackLite® Power Amplifier Model A1. This is an integrated system.
The L1® Power Stands set the proper the crossover point and EQ voicing for the B1 and B2. If you connect the B1 or B2 to a different speaker system, you won't have the proper the crossover point and EQ voicing.
I don't mean to discourage you from trying a third party amplifier to connect your B1 or B2 to a third party system. But you want to understand that the B1 and B2 were designed to work with the L1® family of products. Using them with other systems puts you in uncharted waters.
Does that help?

I considered the packlite but the packlite does not have a low pass filter or any adjustments. I need something that can take the signal from a powered speaker then send to the B1 or B2

There were no detailed specifications at the link you provided. I didn't see that there's a variable low-pass filter. I did some digging and found more specifications here: http://www.daytonaudio.com/ind...oofer-amplifier.html.

Does the powered speaker have a line level output?

Yes, the active speakrs have standard XLR output, mono, full range, line level.
This cheap amp does have a 40-180 hz filter. Theoretically it should work
By the way, I am not recommending that this is a good product. Just used as an example.
