Hi. I would like to do a direct feed to a video camera for a live video. I have a T-1 and a compact with vocal, guitar, and porchboard bass. Would I take the audio feed from the T-1 or the compact? I am using only the master out from the T-1 to the compact. Thanks, Randy

Hi Randy,

Thanks for your post. The answer to your question is actually either one depending on your preference.

If you want the audio feed you are recording to be the exact same thing you are hearing out of your L1 Compact system, then you would want to use the line output on the back of the L1 Compact system.

However, if you wanted to create a separate mix for recording, then you can use the aux output on the T1. You would then just need to set the level of each channel using the Aux setting on the Tonematch knob.
