Help with best set up for 5 mics CD input

I’m considering the model 1S or model II, however I need to get a plan to accommodate the 5 mics and CD input.

Options:
1. Mixer to Power Stand (explained by ST)
2. Combine Mixer with T1…pros and cons…how to connect such a set-up.
3. Other options (can’t afford a second T1 right now)?
