Input Mute for RCG won't be un-muted when recalled via PS

I found an issue on CRG in CSD v5.02. Input Mute for RC Group (other CRRs) on a CRR won't be un-muted when the "Join" status of the CRG is recalled via ParameterSet. This issue didn't occur when the system had only 2 CRRs. Attached csp has 4x CRRs and I confirmed this issue only on the off-line condition.
