L1 Model 1 - No power :( fuse is good

My L1 Model 1 has no power when power on. I first checked the fuse and its still good. I then also replace the power cable as well and it still good. I took both the power cable and the fuse from a working L1 Model 1 and still no green light. Any suggestion? is there a master reset button some where? I removed all the cable and re-seat the array to ensure everything but still no green light… i am sad Frown any help is greatly appreciated

Hi TQP,

Thank you for joining the Forum.

I am very sorry to hear that your Model I is not working. It sounds like you’ve done some good troubleshooting. Your next step is to call L1 Support. It’s a free call.

Call Bose® Product & Technical Support at (877) 335-2673 (U.S. and Canada only)
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM ET

Edit - New hours.

This just happens to my L1 this morning. 2 audible pops about 2sec apart. I replaced the fuse but no power at all.

I have tried the number five times but it only hangs up without an answer. I’m in Louisiana.

Hi bsochs,

I’m sorry that you are having trouble with your L1®. I just called the number 1 877 335-2673. I spoke briefly with Andy there. The lines are open and working.

Please give it another try.

Thanks.

Hi my Bose L1 Mod 1 also had the same problem, no power. She thought it might be the audio board but Bose no longer has parts for this unit so they offered a 25% discount which still is going to cost $1650. They are sending me a fuse and fuse holder but I doubt that will fix the issue. I hate to see this become a boat anchor, its always been great and reliable. Anyone else find a solution?
