Need some advise on connectivity. I am a new DJ and have been using L1 Model 2 (dual bass), with Tonematch for my gigs.
I’ve been using Software (Djay or Virtual DJ) for my gigs. I am planning on purchasing the Numark NS6 for mixer/controller. How would i be able to integrate the Numark controller along with the Tonematch engine.

The main outs of the NS6 go into channels 4/5 of the T1.

Thanks DJ Bally & Love in the Mix. Do you guys use the Tonematch for the stereo setup (2 x L1 model 2’s) or use your own mixer. I am getting busy enough for the need for second system.

why would you have to connect the laptop to the T1 via USB? the laptop connects to the NS6 which connects to the T1.
i have never tried the T1 in stereo. I use the T1 when i need more mic inputs and am running in mono. i use a mackie mixer when i want to run stereo. just like being able to have more control. you’re slightly limited to adjusting the master volume on your main source rather than the t1 when you do stereo.
i’m sure if you follow the instructions, you can do stereo just fine with the T1.
and when i only need one mic input, i just go from my VCI 300 into the L1s.

So when you do go stereo via the T1, it limits the ability to manage the volume through T1?
I am also thinking of using the mixer for stereo. Will try out both to see which one works better.

I don’t use the T1 unless I am doing a very small event or working with live musicians.
My normal setup is to take two channel outputs from my sound card to two separate inputs on my mixer. Each channel is stereo.
Left channel of the mixer to the left L1, right channel of the mixer to the right L1.
As long as you have a good quality sound card and a good quality mixer, its gonna sound awesome!
