Multiple Processors on one network

HI, I have a customer reporting instability when using many processors on a single project. He reports are the limitations as soon as there are more than 8 processors in a file  the system starts to have issues with connection timeouts. This is reported in CSD 5.4

Is there a know limit to the number of processors in a project or other cause known for this issue?  Many thanks, Steve

Hi Steve, 

we do not have a fixed number of the amount of DSPs in a network.
Can you tell us a bit more about the DSP types, network?

For example, if an ESP00 /w Dante card is on the network with a lot of multicast traffic, we advise to connect the Dante secondary port to the ESP00 LAN port and set the Dante secondary port to "Legacy" mode to filter multicast to the ESP00
