Hi, I was rotating the logo on my S1 Pro, and it snapped in half. Also the back part of it is now rattling around inside the grill. I called tech support, and they said the logo is not sold (or available) separately, and the grill is non-removable - so how do I repair this? I was told I could send it in for repair, but physical damage would not be covered under warranty. Any suggestions? Thought I'd ask the Pro specialists. Thanks!

I can confirm, the grill is not designed to be removed and replaced. I'm sorry, the only thing you can do, call Bose Support.
