Message 2 Bose (not sure where to post this). Just received the Model II replacement for my Classic, direct from Bose via UPS. Exceptional service from Bose… However, I have a fundamental packaging suggestion… Do not send your system via UPS in boxes that have Bose sound system in large letters, artist renderings and all, on the exterior of the packing boxes. This is a theft waiting to happen. Fortunately I know my UPS man and he left it covered with a blanket on my porch, and emailed to let me know. Otherwise, I’m a very happy camper.

I’m glad you’ve been happy with the service. I will certainly take a note of the packaging suggestion and forward it through the right channels, I can understand how that labeling would be a concern.
