Unfortunately I have seen your caution after trying to update the firmware from version 1.2 to 1.3.
I got an error message and retrieded ! Now nothing is working anymore and I cannot connect to the ToneMatch to try updating again.
Can you help ?
I don’t have any suggestions except to call Support.

After reading all the failures on updates, I’ve decided to wait until Monday to update since I’m playing this week end.
Hi Folks… I am updating a friend’s T1 and while I do not have an unsuccessful message, I am still waiting for the T1 to finish. The updater software is done, and the T1 screen says Please Wait.
I’m the last person to give advice on the technical aspect of updating the Bose equipment, but if you are still waiting for an answer some 3 hours later, turn the T1 off, and then back on and check to see if the update worked.
Hopefully you have resolved the issue and my advice is unneeded.
