Summary
Timer events that have been programmed to occur at 12.xx AM or PM appear to not execute correctly.
Cause
When converting the time from 12h to 24h format the AM or PM setting is interpreted incorrectly for 12.xx. Timer events that have been programmed to occur at 12.xx AM are incorrectly executed at 12.xx PM and vice-versa, events programmed to occur at 12.xx PM are incorrectly executed at 12.xx AM.

Workaround
Re-scheduling events set to 12.xx AM to occur at 12.xx PM and vice versa is a workaround but care should be taken when performing future upgrades since the action will need to be reversed once the issue has been resolved.
