I recently acquired the Compacts and want to give them a shot at an event, but do have some hesitations. I currently have 2 L1 Classics with 4 B1s that I love.
The event is tomorrow and is a wedding reception for 150 and I’m currently torn if I should run my standard 2 L1s and 4 B1s or if I should go with the much quicker setup of 2 Compacts. My other thought is to setup the 2 Compacts and use the base of the L1 Classic to run 2 B1s (giving me a little extra bass), as I am pretty sure it has the capability to do so.
What are you thoughts?
