Acoustimass 300 Not Working LED Status Light

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

Sub was working fine, not it will not connect to the Soundtouch 300.  The LED Light Sequence is Orange, White, then Red.  This is the 2nd Subwoofer in the set up.  The other one (Purchased a month and a half ago is in working condition).  I unplugged it several times, even swapped the Power Cord with the other Sub (which is also an Acoutimass 300).

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

It did work fine for the years I've had it, all the sudden yesterday it will not work
