Are there any cases available for L1 compact that I can use for air travel? I found something online but the price tag was $300.00 which is very high.

Bose do not make flight cases for the L1 systems, but there are many third party companies that do. Speaking from personal experience, you'd do well to find a solid good quality flight case for less than $200.
I'm hoping some of our fellow community users may be able to recommend some examples for the L1 Compact system.
