This is the only thing stopping me from purchasing a T4S, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I know some folks are more than fine with an additional stand in their stage setup to have the mixer in front of them, but some musicians like myself strongly prefer the look and feel of the more minimal direct-attached mixer. A simple bracket like the one from the T1 should be at least an option (still shaking my head that they didn't offer this - so simple). I know some people complained about the T1 bracket, but not me. It hasn't failed me since it came out, and I've used it at a thousand gigs. How about it, Bose? A simple bracket = more T4S sales.
