I have an issue where a functional system panel has a page on which an image disappeared. The controls still work, but the graphic is gone. See pictures and attached files.
What could be causing this? A corrupt file? Too large a file? Memory problem on the MIMO tablet?

Thank you for investing time into this.
This should be solved in the next release of CSR, where the image stays in the "target box". It doesn't matter if you resize it horizontal or vertical.

Thanks, Arno. Just as a follow-up, I had another one today where I migrated an IP address on a Remote Builder APP and the embedded custom image disappeared. I couldn't find a quick way to extract the .png file for the graphic from the old address version, so I rewrote the file with the migrated ESP (since it wasn't extremely involved).
This seems to be a little different problem from the one described above with the "target box" size. Is this also being addressed in the next release?

I assisted with an address migration on this project earlier this week and the tech reported back about the image issue yesterday. I was able to duplicate the issue on my iPhone. It took a little while to find this, but the "target box" for both images in Remote Builder was much smaller than the actual image (see below). On the Remote Builder app, an image can look right but the display on the control device (Mimo, iPhone, iPad, etc.) is trying to match the image size to the designated target box size and ends up being too small, misaligned with control buttons or occasionally seems to completely disappear. I adjusted both of the images in question for the tech, resaved the migrated cpz file and sent it back to him late last night.
I now know more about this process than I was intending to learn. 😉
