Hey , welcome to the Bose Community!

It's certainly strange that your app is displaying your Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 battery level as 334 hours. I'd recommend resetting the headphones by following the steps listed HERE

I'd also recommend clearing the pairing from the headphones by holding the Power/Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared". You'll then need to delete the headphones from the Bluethooth list on all previously connected devices.

Now reconnect the headphones and let me know if the level changes.

Hi

Already did both options that you mention and it does not seem to work. The app is still displaying over 300 hours of battery. Also, the voice assistant always says battery full when it actually isn't.

Should I ask for a replacement?

Thanks for updating us on this Bernardo.

Sorry to hear that the steps above didn't resolve this for you. Have you attempted to connect the headphones to another device at all to see if the same issue occurs?

If it does I would recommend exploring service options for your headphones by contacting us here.
