Battery not charging

Hi ...I have the same issue with battery not charging after a few hours of using it and right after I stored it back to its box ,until last week after storing it for a while I tried charging it and battery is dead even though I try charging it the whole day again and led stays red even after few more hours of hope that it will turn blue at least nothing but just red ! So ****** I have to call Bose ,after chatting with a tech being promised to send a replacement next day air first then send the defective after receiving the replacement ...then I receive an email to send the defective s1 first before they’ll ship it...OMG !  Looks like we’re not on the same page .

I'm sorry you've had this unfortunate experience with Bose Support. Please call them back and tell them about the email, and what the agent told you ("send a replacement next day air first then send the defective after receiving the replacement").

I'm sure they will get that straightened out for you.

Hi I just called Bose and wait for the replacement s1 I hope they don’t send me a refurbished unit since this is purchased as new in the box not a refurb ...thanks I’ll keep u posted with the result ....
