hi!

 

the app keeps saying the Bose Revolve is at 100%, even when the battery is depleted… i tried what was discussed in the Archive… that did not work. Any ideas?

Thank you for your post and welcome! 

 

It's strange to hear the battery percentage in the app is incorrect. This is unusual. 

 

I would recommend that you clear the pairing list on the SoundLink Revolve . You can do this by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. Once complete, delete the pairing on your source device as well. 

 

From here, I would recommend that you delete the Bose Connect application and re-install it. Then connect like a new connection.

I'm sorry to hear the readout is still incorrect. 

 

Have you tried installing the Bose Connect app on another device to see if you experience the same incorrect readout? 

 

Are there any issues with general battery performance or does the speaker appear to otherwise be working fine?
