Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
My Bose Frames Alto won't connect to my laptop, it just keeps saying CONNECTING, but never connects. I have both an HP Envy Laptop and an HP Envy Desktop, both purchased within the same month and both running Windows 10 Professional with the most updated version. My Bose Frames Alto connects fine to my HP Envy Desktop, but not my HP Envy Laptop.
What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
HP Envy Laptop running Windows 10 Professional with current version.
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
I have never been able to get my Bose Frames Alto to connect to my HP Envy Laptop
Any troubleshooting steps you took
I followed every troubleshooting step recommended by Bose and researched the Internet for over 4 hours, but couldn't find a workable solution. I used the Bose app on my Android cell phone to ensure that my Bose Frames Alto has the current firmware installed.
