Bose L1 Model 2

Hi, I am having a problem with my systems in as much that the main line out from the T1’s to the opposite power stand is not giving me the correct volume. Not normally been a problem apart from last two gigs. When I alter the volume on the power stands, all I seem to get is increased unwanted noise and not much in the way of extra volume. The leads seem to check out ok. I was wondering if there are any parameters on the T1 which would affect this.
Many thanks and apologies if this has been answered in the forums already

Hi genII,

Here’s what I understood from your post:

You’ve been doing this all along and it worked fine.

You’ve only had an issue with the last two gigs.

It sounds like you may have inadvertently connected to the T1® Aux output instead of the Master Output.

Hi gen_ii,

I am not exactly sure what you are asking. I suspect you are referring to the cable that runs between the T1 and the power stand that also powers the T1 (we just call it the T1 cable.) If so, your best option is to use a conventional CAT5 Ethernet cable in it’s place. Anything length under 100ft works well.

Thanks,
