Bose LI System with a T4S Tonematch, connecting to a house system

I am a solo musician, guitarist and singer.

At gigs I plug a Bose T4S Tonematch mixer into my LI System.

This is how my situation is unique from the other threads I've seen here:

I am booked at a new venue.

And in addition to me playing through my LI System they want me to plug into their house system, through a small dinky regular mixer. The house system is connected to their venue speakers, so they can have my music play through their speakers all around their venue.

Should be simple, right? It's just like I'm plugging into an additional speaker system, right? One speaker is my LI System; the other is the house system.

My question is this:

How do I connect my T4S mixer to BOTH my LI System AND their house system? And what SPECIFIC cord do I use, to connect between the T4S Mixer and the House Mixer?

(Please answer with PICTURES because I do not know the names of things.)

I have tried to connect to the house system through the back of the T4S through the R or L MONO holes but it didn't work. Do I need a different cord or something?

This is a pic of the house mixer and the cord going into it:

And this is a pic of the cord going into the back of my T4S, marked by where the black piece of tape is:

But like I said, this hook up didn’t work. No sound came out of the house system.

Hey dugglejug,

Strange, there shouldn't be an issue with this setup - you can use the ToneMatch digital outputs and 1/4" analogue outputs simultaneously.

Did the LED meters on the Mix5 change to indicate the level was coming through from the T4S?

I recommend trying a stereo connection, connecting from the T4S with two 1/4" cables (using left AND right stereo outputs) to inputs 2/3 or 4/5 on the Mix5 to see if this makes a difference.

Hope this helps!
