Bose Music app needs an updated

Bose music app keeps crashing. I have an iPhone se with iOS 13.5.1.

I have reset and updated the app and the Bose Home 500. It let me get signed into my wifi and my Alexa. Now it crashes when I try to do anything. Can’t even turn on the cloak or setup my music services. 

 I used my hard earned money to get a Bose unit because your company has never let me down until now! Not Happy

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the application?

Yes I have tried Everything Reloading the App. I did the factory reset on Bose home 500 and manually updating. Spent 30 minutes with a Bose Rep. There answer was to pay them 100$ and send them the unit. This is a software issue between Bose and IPhone. I would rather spend that $100 on a 3rd Echo.

Bose do your job and get this fixed or you will loose more than one customer!

I can understand how disappointed you may be. Do you have another device that you could try to set up the device on? This will allow us to determine if the issue is with the speaker's communication to the Bose Music app. 

 

If not, there is actually an iOS update to 13.6 which was recently released. It may be worth giving that a shot to see if the app will function after.

Are you having the same issue with your Bose Music app crashing? Have you updated it to the most recent version (4.2.4)? Also, have you tried using it on a different device?
