Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
When I use this headphones I get a massive headache and my ears turns to very red colour, and I get excessive ear pain. Is there anyone who has/had similar problems? Any solutions?

Everywhere I use at.
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
Around three months ago. It was not like this when I first started to use.
Any troubleshooting steps you took
I restarted the devices and bluetooth connections and I used when the music off too. Nothing changed.
