Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to the community.

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing low audio whilst connected to your TV. Does this occur when connected to other devices?

Have you also got your audio level set to high on the TV?

Have you tried any further troubleshooting steps? If so, do let us know what you have already performed.

I look forward to hearing from you.

I use my NC 700 headphones only for TV listening using Bluetooth. They worked perfectly for months but now all of a sudden the volume is way too low even at max level.
please help.

We will love to help you Denfor!

I would recommend that you try a reset on the headphones to refresh and reboot the system. You can do this by following the steps on our support website here
Once reset, pair up to your TV and test them again, I would also recommend testing the headphones with a different device as well just to be sure.

Let me know how you get on.

Looking forward to hear from you!
