It seems my Bose NC Headphones 700 charging case isn't charging. I plugged in my headphones into the case and then plugged the case in to the charger (charger is an Anker PowerPort 10, 60W, 12A). I believe I saw the LEDs activate on the case. In the morning my headphones were charged but the charging case doesn't seem to have charged; the LEDs on the case do not turn on when I press the button. I'll try later to see if it actually has any charge by connecting it to my headphones.
I've tried another cable and it didn't work. I confirmed that they work by charging the headphones themselves. When trying to charge the case, no dice.
Also, I've tried connecting my cable to the charging case then the headphones to the case and the headphones charge. The case, though, does not.
I would recommend attempting to use a different power outlet/charger to see if the same issue persists.

Sorry that this isn't something we could resolve via the community.
Were you ever able to resolve this? I’m having the same exact issue with mine. I left my headphones in the case plugged in for over a month. Now, the charging case lights do not turn on and do not hold a charge. The cable works when plugged into the headphones. Is there anyway to reset the charging case? I imagine the case’s battery is not meant to fully drain or it malfunctioned somehow.
I'm sorry to hear that you are all experiencing this issue. As mention by above, I would recommend reaching out to your local technical support team for assistance. We will do all we can to help!
Hello. My charging case’s LED lights are not working despite charging them directly. How can I fix this. I tried submitting my ticket on the support page but I got a 404 error code. Any ideas on how I can charge my case.
