Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 will they connect to QuietComfort® headphones airline adapter? I am getting ready to go on a flight with United airlines and was wondering if I need this adapter so the headphones would work with inflight options on the plane.

With regard to your question, yes it does work with the NC700.

 

You should be able to use it without issues.

You won't always need the adapter as many newer planes now use the single 3.5mm socket.  However it depends on the plane and some still require the 2 socket adapter that you are talking about.
