Is there any of the old Bose guys left in the group?
I can’t unlock the PM8500 amp.
I have tried via CSD but it also ask for the code her.
And I can’t update to latest firmware.
I have updated one at the time but the last one doesn’t work.
Hope somebody has the golden answer, at least to the code thing.

I’am in the same condition. I have a PM8500 locked with 5 numbers code. I have tried also with CSD but the code is always required.
