Only had these Bose for a few days, and have an odd problem that I assume isn't normal, or it would be mentioned in reviews and stuff. It pairs with my Pixel phone just fine, plays continuously, stutters a bit if I wander too far away, but is basically fine.
However, roughly every 15-16 minutes, when I'm sitting at my desk about 30cm from my phone, the music cuts out for a split second. It immediately continues as if there's been no issue. It's so consistent that I started running splits, testing how often it happened. The first one I didn't start immediately after listening, and I may have missed a couple as I was concentrating at work. But there's a definite pattern.
I've tried turning off the standby timer (setting it to never), and turning off the voice prompts. I've tried it with or without the connect app running (I haven't tried uninstalling it, and just relying on the phone, though.). The music app I'm using is just the default Play Music one. My phone was on silent, so no alerts came through. I was at my desk, and didn't move away from my phone.
Has anyone heard of this issue? Does anyone have any suggestions? These are my first wireless headphones and I really like the wireless aspect, but if they can't provide consistent music, it's kinda pointless - I'll swap them for the 25s.
Um. Please help?
(In case anyone wonders, the splits. Bearing in mind I was multitasking at work, and didn't always react swiftly, and occasionally may not have noticed/remembered.)
