Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
I find the sweating under any normal circumstances for even a little longer usage of the phone, even under the normal room temperature. I have also used this outside the house which is alright because at times it is exposed to the different temperature, but again not very sunny. I am surprised as to what is causing the sweating in Bose Headphones which is not the case with the other phones, and what is the best practices if any to avoid or manage the product better - in terms of cleaning advice if any after usage. I have just been wiping off gently with a dry cloth all these days just to let the sweating evaporate.
I am not sure whether this will make the ear buds catch up with some fungus (over a regular usage), and it may go out of order, and does it get covered under warranty.
What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
Normal room temperature even with the fans turned on, outside the house but not very sunny climate at all.
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
On every usage for a little longer period of time (say more than 10 minutes or so)
Any troubleshooting steps you took
Nothing so far.
