Bose S1 Pro Doesn't want to Turn on

Hi, I have my Bose S1 Pro for 1 4 month. About a week ago, it doesn't wanna turn on. I thought its about the baterray. I've already try to reset (remove the baterray for 30 second) but it's not work.

I've already read about upgrading the firmware but while my speaker not turning on so I cannot upgrade the firmware.

The I buy new baterray but it's also not work.

Can you give a solution, please..
