Bose Service and Support review

Just wanted to say that in these days of automated & out sourced support, it was like a breath of fresh air dealing with Bose this morning. Not only did an actual human being immediately pickup the phone, he also spoke fluent English. Then come to find out, my issue was under warranty. Cudos to Bose for excellent service & support
