Hello
I purchased a Bose Solo 5 TV Soundbar, for the purpose of connecting my Blue Tooth hearing Aids to it. No luck, never been able to pair them. The funny thing to me, watching TV without my hearing aids, my Samsung TV has more volume/Louder than the Bose Sound Bar. That can't be right?

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on The only Device used was an iphone 8, Phonak Blue Tooth hearing aids & Samsung TV

No pairing to Hearing Aids, The TV is louder than the Sound Bar.

Any troubleshooting steps you took
Tried & Tried multiple times to pair, My hearing aids will pair to almost anything, except my Sound Bar. Sound bar is not loud enough without hearing aids, shut sound off & TV speakers work great.
