Bose Soundbar 700 not resetting

Hi All,

 

I've had the Bose Soundbar 700 for 11 months and the last couple days occasionally heard the message "can't connect to your WiFi". Thinking it was just my 1 year old playing with it I ignored the message. 

 

 

Today it's got a scrolling white light going left to right and I can't do ANYTHING! Can't pair it, can't reset it, can't do a factory reset. Managed to get it into recovery mode but the scrolling light started up again and won't stop.

 

It's not connected to internet and I can't seem to get it to reconnect. 

 

Please help before I throw it onto the street for a semi to drive over!!!
