Bose speaker connection error

I use my bose speakers for most of my waking hours yet most days when I start it it will work for a short duration then give a conection error as below.  If I turn it off fully with the Bose remote then restart it it works again for the full day.  There clearly is no connection error given it works for many hours every day with no cords even touched yet this error comes up most mornings and is very frustrating and annoying - any ideas on how to permanently fix this?

Hello gdr,

Many thanks for reaching out via the Bose Community.

I am sorry to hear you have had this issue. I can appreciate how frustrating this must be.

With regards to troubleshooting, have you tried to reset the adapter, and tried setting it up again as new? Additionally, using a replacement cable to connect the adapter to the console may help. Reach out to support in your country to purchase a replacement.

I'll be interested to hear how you get on!

Kind regards,

Yes I've tried all that, it works perfectly most of the time just a glitch daly first thing in the morning but emously frustrating

Hello GDR,

Thanks for reaching back out.

I am sorry that this issue still persists, I would recommend reaching out to your local support team to purchase a new cable as I believe this may help.

I guess a new cable is an option but I've never seen a cable that works 99% of the time, juts not a morning person so seemed like a software issue to me.
