Bose TV Speaker registration shown as Bose Solo Soundbar II

Hi

 

I have just bought Bose TV speaker from an online store. I was trying to register it on Bose website. However, it showed a product as "Bose Solo Soundbar II". Which was pretty absurd. Both package and Soundbar itself labeled as Bose TV Speaker. I was trying to contact local distributor, but they could not help since it was not procured thru them.

I am wondering if this Bose TV speaker has a variation, for example, different product name in different country/continent? Or this is not a genuine Bose. Photos are attached as a reference.

What should I do in this case?

Where did you purchase your product? And what is your country of residence please?

 

Have you also ensured the serial number you have entered is correct?

I bought this product from an online marketplace so-called “Shopee”. Which is one of the most popular online marketplace in Thailand. A seller is an individual not a store.
Yes, I have tried entering and rechecking the serial number several times. The result was the same.

I am led to believe that this item was miss advertised. I have re-entered the serial number you provided into our system and I can confirm that this is stated to be a Solo II Soundbar.
