Broken analog input (Model L1 1S)

My own fault, I tripped over the cable and cracked the plastic housing.  Occasionally now I'm not getting a good connection.  I've had the system for a couple of years so pretty sure it of warranty and i can't find anyone to work on it.  I can do the repair myself if i can just figure out how to get the cover off (removing the legs seems to be the only difficulty).  Can you help me out us the only answer to ship it to the repair center in Indiana?  I really need the system 2-3 times a week so shipping back and forth is a real inconvenience.  If shipping is the only answer, how much will it cost me and any idea on shipping costs?
