Cable setup for T1 with 2 L1 model 1's

Please help, we have 3 vocals, a Tonematch T1 and 2 L1 model 1s. Please help me with which cables I need and how to connect them. We DONT run instruments thru PA just the 3 vocals

I've used a 1/4” splitter from main out to 2 L1s. It's simple and you don't have to overthink it.

Can you post a photo of the cable you are referring to?

That and a couple of instrument cables (1/4” male on both ends) and you're good to go

Please see this article

T1 to two L1 Model 1S

This way you can continue to use Power Stand to provide power to the T1, and the T1 sends that audio back to the first L1 Model 1S.  Please click the picture to read the whole article.

Does that help?

Hi Smitty,

Thanks for the suggestion.

While you will get sound out to both L1 Model 1S systems, this approach with a splitter is troublesome in a couple of ways.

With the splitter you have shown you will get two identical audio signals but you lose some things along the way.

You with the Tip-Sleeve  connection at the T1 you end up with only one side of the balanced connection - making it unbalanced and losing -6 dB of gain, and then splitting that, losing an addition -3 dB

Also, if you don't use the ToneMatch connection from one of the L1 systems to the T1, you have to use a separate ToneMatch power supply to run the T1.

It's easier to run the T1 to L1 connection as usual with the ToneMatch cable,

and then add a Tip-Ring-Sleeve cable

from the T1 Master Output to the second L1 Model 1S.

Smitty's approach is fine for L1 Model I systems.

All of the 1/4 inch inputs on the L1 Model I systems are unbalanced anyway.

Hey Smitty - all good.

Hi @ST. Catching up on the thread. Yeah I saw L1 Model 1 (plural)  and you saw 1S. Next time we will both know to clarify
