I’ve just recently purchased a SoundTouch unit.
There’s certain internet radio stations that I have on my TuneIn app.
I’d like add these to my presets on my SoundTouch however the Soundtouch app can’t find these stations? I know it’s there as I use it on TuneIn
I also have Goole Play music library is there anyway I can stream from there?
Any advise?

It is possible that some of the stations you are looking for are not carried by our own internet radio provider. However, to be sure, which internet radio stations were you looking for that the Soundtouch app did not have?
Regarding your Google Play library: while you would not be able to add the library directly to the Soundtouch app, I do see that you have a Soundtouch 10. These systems are able to receive audio via a Bluetooth connection. If the device you are using to stream the Google Play library – a tablet or phone, for example – has Bluetooth technology built in, then you could use this capability to hear your music over the Soundtouch 10 system. 88 fm Israel is there. I have as station 1 on my Soundtouch and the app even brings up the logo, but… No music.
I left a message at vtuner and am awaiting their response.
Sny chance of you adding another internet radio service provider?

Uri123 - I’m not seeing 88FM either in vTuner’s directory. It’s possible that it could have been removed and that’s why you’re having trouble with it. We’ll follow up with our vTuner contacts on these stations as well to see if they can be added. Thanks.
The error error message on 88fm is: Internet radio unavailable . The selected internet radio content cannot be played. (1011).
note that I can go to the station web site and hear their internet broadcast, so they are active. I get the same message when I try Galgalatz 91.8fn as well as Galatz Live!

As thomas mentioned above, we use vTuner for our internet radio streaming rather than TuneIn or other similar services. You can check for the stations you want on vTuner's station list and use the "suggest a station" link at the top if they don't appear.
Can you tell us more about the listed station that isn't working? What is the full name as it appears in the app, and what error code is it giving you when you try to play it?

Same problem here. The stations I’m looking for iare 88FM and GLZ in Israel. Your radio provider does have 88fm listed but it’s not playing so he must have Iit setup incorrectly as other station are working on my Soundtouch.

We are unable to locate the stations you mention ( 88fm,
Galgalatz 91.8fn and Galatz Live!) on vTuner's index. We use vtuner as our Internet Radio Provider and you can browse their catalog directly on this site.
It looks as though we have had previous instances of users reporting that they can see these stations appearing in the SoundTouch app when they are not available for playback. (See this thread for more details.)
We will report this again so that our index can be corrected. We apologize for the confusion around this. Thank you.

I looked at vTuner’s stations list , and could see that all National Israeli stations are not present , on the otehr hand they all do appear in tuneIn - Odd isn’t it ?
Could you please explain ?
