I can't Download T1 Presets or Firmware - Error: Community.bose.com refused to connect

 

Bose product name: T1 Tonematch

 

Country: USA

 

Firmware Version: 1.8

 

App Version: Updater 2.1 (Never gets that far since I can't download the software)

 

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on 
Windows 10

Went to:

Tried in Chrome and Firefox.  Same in both.

 

What environment do you experience the issue in?  N/A

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

This is the first time I tried.

 

Any troubleshooting steps you took.  Tried multiple browsers.

At which stage does this error message appear? Please could you provide a screenshot for reference?

If you have not done so already, I recommend clearing cache and cookies in your browser settings before trying again to download.
