Is there an accepted method for selectively enabling/disabling the volume and source selection on CC-1D/CC-2D/CC-3D controls, ideally using one of the digital GP inputs?

I haven't tested it, but perhaps you can add the CCxD to Psets (with and/or without Volume / Source selection) and invoke the Pset using the GPI?

This would be difficult to accomplish, because there is no way of remapping the CC-xD controllers. However, you could:
1. Create a split audio path using a router (before the gain block the controller is using), keep one signal going through the gain block, and the other bypassing it.
2. Use a mixer after this block to combine both signals down to one.
3. Save a parameter set with the router sending the signal through the gain block, and another with the router sending the signal to the unaffected straight path.
4. Use these parameter sets as an on/off trigger in your GPI panel.
