Chat: is there *ever* an agent available? (Regarding QC35II)

I've had the contact page open every day this week trying to contact support through chat, but I have not yet seen anything else than 'no agent available'. I have no idea if I'm in some sort of queue and if, when an agent does become available, the button will change automatically, or if I have to refresh. I've tried the latter dozens of times, to no avail. Has anyone ever been able to contact support through chat?

 

Having said that, if someone from support is reading this: I have a QC35II, I have 2 requests (for the  android app):

- Standby timer: can you add '10 minutes' (or maybe just an input field) as an option?

- Every time I turn on the headphones, ANC is set to High. Is there a way to change the default to Low?
