Hi there,
I’ve bought a cinemate 130 and I would like to extend the audio system by using Bose® Link connection/cable to connect an amplifier such as SA3 which runs a Bose Lifestyle 48 on the other side of the room.
By using Bose® Link connection/cable can I extend the sound from cinemate 130 through others bose sistems such as SA3?
If so, do they play simultanious, or either the 130 or SA3?

Hi Dandan,
The new Cinemate series including CN130 doesn’t support a Bose link extention anymore to drive SA3 amp ( like a LS48 does ). The bose link port on cinemate console was design to work only with Soundtouch adapter to stream music through your network and you can’t extend (the local input) sound from your CN130 to other Bose system in your other room in your house.
