I would like to know if I can daisy chain two Bose L1's and 2 T4s mixers so that 5 players can use the 8 channels and have sound from both PA's as one system. If so what is best way to make this connection?

I would suggest using one T4S as a sub-mixer:
- Use the available input channels on T4S #1.
- Connect from the master output on T4S #1 into two of the input channels on T4S #2. Using input channels 5/6 on T4S #2 would still keep input channels 1-4 free.
- Connect from the master stereo outputs from T4S #2 to each of the L1 systems.

Dylan, Thanks for your reply, sorry this is new territory so not sure what you were suggesting ? I did get an answer from Chris at Sweetwater . His solution maybe exactly what you were saying ? He said to connect the two mono outs, R&L on back of mixer 1 to Aux in 5/6 on mixer 2. That will connect the 2 PA's as one system. One mixer becomes the master ( not sure which one ). Is that the same solution as yours ? Thanks,

Apologies for any confusion - the setup you've described is indeed the same. The 'master' mixer in this scenario would be mixer 2.

ok Got that Dylan. What is confusing is your step 3 " connect master stereo outputs from T4 2 to each L1 system". I assume the connection from each mixer to the L1 in this scenario would be the same as when connecting mixer to L1 base in a regular application ( when not trying to connect 2 L1's ). Is that correct or are we doing something different here ?

You would connect Mixer 2's left master output to one L1 system, and Mixer 2's right master output to the other L1 system.
These connections can be made with either ToneMatch cables (digital audio output) or 1/4" cables (analogue audio output):
