Connecting Soundcraft 12FX to L1 Compact

Just purchased my first L1 Compact and wondered if I can connect my Soundcraft 12 FX mixer using one Master XLR out to the 1/4" line in on the L1 (and pan channels left). I tried using the Aux out of the 12FX but can't hear the FX.

CP,
That's what I do with my Soundcraft Signature 12 MTK, although I have 2 L1-C's so I send left to one and right to the other.

I don't think you can assign the FX to the aux on your mixer.

Thanks Jeff. Grateful! I saw a schematic on the BOSE site that seems to say you can even send pooled (mixer) Mic signal to the Bose mic channel and instruments to the line in, panning each either left or right. Might give that a try too.

Yes, that works too. Here's an article.
