I'm clear on connecting my new S1 to my L1 Model I through the T1's Master Output with a 1/4" TRS cable.
I'm also clear on connecting two S1's together, with no T1: 1/4" TRS cable from the first S1's Line Out into Ch. 1 or 2 of the second S1.
Question: If I want to use two S1's and just the T1 with power supply (but without the L1) is it best to just make the connections outlined above, or should I connect the T1 to each S1 separately, using both the Master and Auxiliary Outputs of the T1, with TRS cables running to Channel 1 of each S1?
Hey! Welcome to the Bose Pro Portable community, thank you for posting.
Either of these two options would be suitable for this setup, achieving the same sound quality.
If you're wanting a setup where the volume level on both S1 speakers is always 'linked', daisy-chaining the S1s may be more appropriate. This way, both speaker volumes will increase/decrease by the same amount when the source level is changed on the T1.
If you would prefer independent control of each speaker's volume from the T1 itself, using the Master and AUX outputs to connect each S1 to the T1 would be better suited.
Hope this helps!
Thank you, Dylan! I appreciate your thorough and prompt response!
