Hi, I have noticed that channel 2 on my tonematch produces an unacceptable crackling noise even when nothing is plugged into the input.
I have tried restoring the tonematch to factory presets, and the problem is still there. I have compared all 4 inputs and only channel 2 creates the noise. I can obviously avoid using channel 2 at gigs, but it’s not a good solution.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Adam

Hi ST,
Just to let you know we have arranged for this T1 to be repaired and Adam has a loan unit to keep him gigging.
All the best and keep up the good work, Andy
Great News Andy,
It’s good to know that you are taking care of Adam.
Thanks for the update.

I know it’s been a while, but my unit has this fault, and it’s intermittent .
Can you shed light on what the problem was ??
There are 3 of us on another thread on this forum experiencing the same issue…

Hello
i am a working musician and am have the exact same issue with crackling in ch 2 of my tonematch even with nothing plugged in. Was a solution found to this issue?
Hi ByanB,
Welcome to the forum! Sorry you're having this problem.
Does this issue still occur if channel 2 is FX-muted?
If so, I recommend performing a factory reset on the mixer before proceeding with any service options.
Hope this helps!
