Hi all,
one of our customers informs me about this issue:
- CSR builder active on a PC
- CSR app active on two different iPhone5 and iPhone6
- he creates even a simple test CSR config file
- he sends the file to the iPhone app through the normal procedure
- the builder seems to have sent the file since there’s no ‘Could not connect to…’ window.
- the app seems to have received the file since the ‘Receive’ window disappears
- but the app stays in Demo mode.
This happens with both the iPhones.
Any suggestion?

no problem at all.
In the end we found the dealer was using CSR Builder 2.0 but the CSR 1.0 as Client…
