Good Morning,
The Card Information and Dante Information is not filling in on the Dante Card Properties for ESP-880 and PM-8500 Dante cards. Are their steps required to pull this information from the Cards?
I was specifically looking for the Device name, set-up in the Dante Controller under the Device Config tab to be populated.

Hi Paxson,
If the fields report “offline” then you need to close the dialogs, go-online with the hardware and then re-select ‘Dante Network card properties’. The information is not available when you are not online with the hardware…

Thanks for the quick update. The card does read offline when disconnected, however the fields are empty when online. See attached screen shot.

Strange - works OK for me (see attached)… What ‘Product version’ and ‘Software version’ is reported in Dante controller under the Device View - Status Tab? (double-click on a devcie and click on Status tab)

That information does not populate either, though I am able to connect and manipulate channels, names and connections, see attached. These are pre-release units, might be prior to some of this being worked out.

The two are probably unrelated -
Not being able to see the status info in Dante Controller points to network communication issues - check firwall/NIC settings/try a different PC etc.
If the hardware is (old) pre-release it may not have the query functionality. You should resolve your communication issues with the Dante cards/Controller and then get them upgraded - or swap them for release hardware.
